SHIPPING POLICY – Delivery & Returns
We ship worldwide directly from the Holy Land using reliable international courier services.
After payment is processed, your order is carefully packed and shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service), a secure door-to-door delivery service. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location.
Once payment is confirmed, orders immediately enter processing and therefore cannot be modified or canceled.
Your package is fully insured, and we remain responsible for it until it reaches you safely.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Local delivery services in your country will attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will leave a notice for you to collect your package from the nearest post office. If a parcel is returned to us and you still wish to receive it, the shipping cost must be paid again.
